CAB Address
NCE DCC requires each cab/throttle to be assigned its own unique cab address. The cab address has nothing to do with engine addresses and can be used with radio or non radio operation. If a cab/throttles address is ever changed the change effects both radio and non radio operation. If you find that your cabs are not responding to commands it may be because of a cab address conflict. Cab address conflicts can be very frustrating and difficult to resolve. The solution is to reset the wireless cabs and clear the command station cab memory and then re-assign the CAB 주소. See these articles on resetting and programming cabs for instructions.
If you are missing any equipment you should try to recall as many details about your ride such as the color of your cab, any distinguishing characteristics of the driver and the credit or debit card you used. Then call New York's information service, 311, and provide them with as much information as possible about your cab and driver.
